The Los Angeles Public Defender Training Division supplies intensive educational opportunities for anyone involved in, or considering taking on, criminal defense. It is designed not only for lawyers, but also for mitigation specialists, paralegals, investigators, and experts working in criminal defense. This training only involves criminal defense. It is not intended for law enforcement, prosecutors, or judges and/or employees or agents of these groups.
